We offer Free shipping to the United States(Except. Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands)

International shipping is available and pricing is determined at the time of checkout by the chosen shipping provider and the shipping location.

Due to ongoing restrictions we are unable to ship to Russia and Belarus.

Since we work with multiple vendors, shipping time depends on each product’s brand. Check out the Shipping tab at the bottom of your selected product listing for product-specific information. And yes! Some of our brands allow expedited shipping.

You’ll get an email from us with your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

In order to get expedite your order from amazing vendors all over the world, in some cases you might receive your order in multiple packages. We will let you know during the shipping process if this is the case.

At Lola and Fluff we do not cover taxes or duties expenses for international shipping. Our customers are responsible for any additional charges or fees upon
delivery. Please contact your local customs office or tax agency for more clarity on these fees.

Returns and exchanges

Please keep in mind that personalized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges from any brand except for merchant defects.

Discount or promotional codes cannot be combined; however we will
always apply the better discount on your purchase.

Unfortunately; after an order has been submitted, promo codes cannot be used. Make sure to add it before completing your purchase!
